Client User Guide

Logo for the Healthcare Commission Ellipse BeautyLight Ltd is registered with the Healthcare Commission for the provision of treatments using Ellipse Light/SuperLight IPL, Ellipse Flex IPL & SoftLight Nd:YAG Laser. These types of systems can be used for a number of treatments including hair removal, skin rejuvenation and the treatment of thread veins. We do not treat clients with the Ellipse Light/SuperLight IPL, Ellipse Flex IPL & SoftLight Nd:YAG Laser who are under 18 years of age. We do not allow children to be brought into the clinic with clients.

Client Assessment and Consultation

All clients are fully assessed for suitability prior to any procedure or treatment. Our therapists are fully trained and certified in the use of the systems and in the treatments which they perform. All information given during consultations remains confidential.

Should you have any comments, suggestions or complaints please raise these initially with your therapist. If you are not satisfied you my send your comments or complaint in writing to:

Wheelchair Access

Please note that we do not have wheelchair access; we can however offer you alternative arrangements in a local clinic with ground floor access.

Privacy and Dignity of Clients

All consultations prior to any procedure or treatment are undertaken in a private environment where our clients can feel secure while discussing personal matters. Clients are permitted to change in private when preparing for treatments.

Client Views

Our clients are encouraged to provide feedback regarding our service. The Ellipse BeautyLight Ltd undertakes an annual survey of its clients relating to the provision and delivery of services. A summary of the results of this survey will be available on request.

Paymemts

Payment can be made as follows: Cash, credit/debit card and cheques with valid cheque guarantee card.

Bookings and Appointments

We recommend that you book your treatments in advance in order to receive your preferred date and time.

Cancellation Policy

Credit card details are required to secure an appointment. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment, are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice, or the full cost of the appointment will be charged. Please return our confirmation call as soon as possible to secure your reservation.

Arrival for Appointments

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we can check you into the clinic. In order that you benefit fully from your time with us and as a courtesy to other clients, we ask that mobile phones be switched off in the clinic.

Lateness: We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Gift Vouchers

Our clinic team will be pleased to assist you with any of our services, products or gift vouchers. Credit card orders can be taken by reception and we will be happy to send these gift vouchers directly to the recipients on your behalf.
