Directions for Lipoxôme™ Use
Hair Removal for Red, Blonde, White or Grey Hair...
Please ENSURE you follow these directions on how to use Lipoxôme™ correctly so that you can be sure to get the best results possible while using this product.
1) For coarse, grey or white hair begin your daily Lipoxôme routine 6 weeks prior to each laser or pulsed light treatment. For light brown, red, blond or vellus hair begin your daily Lipoxôme 4 weeks prior to your first laser treatment.
2) It is important that the hair being treated must be shaved or cut daily so that the Lipoxôme will absorb down into the hair follicle and not to the on the hair above the skin as this will cause the treatment to be ineffective.
3) Please do NOT wax, tweeze or use depilatories on the area during or between the whole treatment course.
4) Always apply Lipoxôme to clean skin. Do not use cosmetic preparations prior to application of Lipoxôme. Advise your client not to apply moisturisers and make-up to the area for at least an hour after application.
5) In the morning, shave or cut the area to be treated. Then spray the Lipoxôme onto the area once and allow the product to dry. (You can pat the area dry but do not rub as this can affect the Lipoxôme particles). Repeat this spraying and drying process for another 4 times. It is essential that you allow the Lipoxôme to dry between each spray!
6) Repeat all of step 5 again every morning and evening for 4-6 weeks before your treatment begins.
7) Alternate directions for coarse, grey or white hair only If it is impractical to begin the use of Lipoxôme six weeks prior to each laser or pulsed light treatment, treat daily for 4 weeks prior to the treatment. Repeat the spraying and drying process now for 8 times instead of 4 times in the morning and evening.
